Permitted activities include uploading and managing contracts, conducting vendor evaluations, utilizing AI-powered analysis for business insights, collaborating with team members, and tracking compliance obligations — all in accordance with the Terms of Service.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

Pactwise may monitor Service usage to detect violations of this policy, protect the security and integrity of the Service, and comply with legal obligations. Enforcement actions are applied proportionally:

  • (a) Warning notification: For first-time or minor violations, we will issue a written notice describing the violation and requesting corrective action.
  • (b) Temporary suspension with notice: For repeated or moderate violations, we may temporarily suspend access to the affected features or account, with prior notice and an opportunity to cure.
